The Lifestyle of Mayden Trace Lake Estates
Mayden Trace Lake Estates is located on Nolin
River Lake (Kentucky) where the simple pleasures of life on the
lake prevail. The community is just north of Mammoth Cave National Park,
and only 75 miles (1hr. 15min) from Louisville, KY or
Evansville, IN. Nolin is a 5,795 acre lake spanning three
of Kentucky's counties - Edmonson, Grayson, and Hart. The
lake is known for fishing, boating, swimming, and water-skiing.
There are three full service marinas situated on the lake.
On land folks travel by 4-wheeler, golf
cart, or by foot to the lake. Plus, Shady Hollow, an eighteen hole golf course, is
located within 15 minutes of the front entrance to Mayden Trace.
Several restaurants serving regional fare for breakfast, lunch
and dinner are also located within 15 minutes by car. Since this
part of Kentucky is also the residence of many in the Amish
community, Amish furniture and other regional crafts are also close
by.
